📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

We process and ship orders 1–2 times per week.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Shipping carrier selection is at our discretion.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking status after shipment.

We are not responsible for:

    •    Delays caused by the shipping carrier

    •    Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS or UPS

    •    Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped.
